We're pleased to announce an important change to our corporate structure: BolusCare UG (haftungsbeschränkt) is now BolusCare GmbH. Our name, address, contacts and products remain unchanged — only the legal form under which we operate has changed.
The move to a GmbH is more than a formality. It reflects the path BolusCare has taken since its founding: from development and CE certification as a Class I medical device, through our first deliveries, to a growing international distribution network now spanning 19 countries and regions — most recently joined by a new distribution partner in Poland.
A GmbH stands for greater liability protection and more stability for clinics, trade partners and investors, and it lays the organizational groundwork for our next steps of growth. Our work, our points of contact and our standards for quality and service remain exactly the same.
For clinics, distribution partners and prospective customers, this step has no practical impact: our CE marking, contact details and existing agreements all remain in place. We'd like to thank every partner who has been on this journey with us so far, and we're looking forward to the months ahead — including our first appearance at ASTRO in Boston, where we'll present BolusCare to the American professional audience for the first time.
